With commitment and resilience, our teams transitioned all of our operating sites worldwide to renewable energy in 2025.
Our impact goes beyond the environment, our Inclusive Sourcing programme has empowered over 115,000 beneficiaries from disadvantaged communities.
We don’t just set targets; L’Oréal Groupe has earned a triple ‘A’ score for environmental leadership for 10 consecutive years.

In Operations, you don't just make products, you change how they are made. Our goal is to operate within "planetary boundaries" by 2030. In practice, this means your work will directly impact cutting plastic use, recycling industrial water in our plants, and reducing transport emissions. Sustainability isn't a side project here; it is a core responsibility for every role.

We operate as a global network made up of Functional Pillars (experts making and moving products), Zones (local markets), and Divisions (brands). The four core pillars follow the product lifecycle: Design, Source, Manufacture, and Serve. Depending on your role, you’ll sit at the intersection of these teams to ensure products are developed and delivered at an immense scale.
-
You are part of a multi-disciplinary matrix, meaning you can move across functions, regions, or both. You might start as a Supply Chain Manager in Paris, move into Sourcing in Shanghai, and later become a Plant Director in New York. We actively encourage cross-functional and international mobility so you can master new technologies and lead high-impact projects.

We’ve shifted from reactive processes to a highly automated, data-driven ecosystem. We use AI and Machine Learning for precise e-commerce demand forecasting. Our smart fulfilment centres rely on cobots, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and RFID sorting. Globally, everything is connected through NEO, our operational backbone, giving teams the real-time visibility needed to collaborate and make fast decisions.
