Un día en tu vida

Reportando al Director de Compras Indirectas, liderarás de forma estratégica las compras de Logística y Marketing para las 4 divisiones en México, guiando a un equipo de 3-4 compradores.

  • Estrategia y Sourcing: Diseñarás estrategias de categorías y procesos de licitación complejos aplicando Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Socio de Negocio: Colaborarás con Marketing y Supply Chain traduciendo las prioridades del negocio para generar valor.
  • Gestión de Proveedores (SRM): Desarrollarás un ecosistema de proveedores ágil, innovador y sostenible.
  • Liderazgo de Equipo: Desarrollarás capacidades en tu equipo promoviendo una cultura de accountability y mejora continua.


Lo que buscamos

  • Experiencia sólida en compras indirectas (logística, marketing) y liderazgo de equipos en multinacionales de consumo o retail.
  • Strategic Sourcing y Category Management avanzados.
  • Pensamiento estratégico e influencia sin autoridad con stakeholders senior.
  • Inglés avanzado
