Un día en la vida
Como referente en terreno para las regiones del Maule, Biobío y Ñuble (con base en Concepción), impulsarás el crecimiento y la visibilidad de nuestras marcas dermo-cosméticas en el punto de venta.
- Gestión Comercial: Desarrollarás relaciones sólidas con químicos farmacéuticos, jefes zonales y consultoras de belleza (BAs) para potenciar el sell-out y optimizar inventarios.
- Capacitación: Entrenarás a los equipos de las farmacias en técnicas de venta y conocimiento de producto.
- Imagen y Ejecución: Asegurarás la excelencia en merchandising, exhibición, orden y limpieza en góndolas, reportando además movimientos de la competencia.
Lo que buscamos
Buscamos un perfil cercano, sumamente organizado, autónomo y con fuerte orientación comercial.
- De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas en terreno (deseable en el sector dermo-cosmético, farmacéutico o consumo).
- Residencia en Concepción y disponibilidad para viajar de manera constante por la zona asignada.
- Movilización propia y licencia de conducir vigente (requisitos excluyentes).
- Inglés básico (A1/A2).
- Competencias clave: Field Sales, Channel & Customer Activation, In-Store Excellence, Relationship Building, Agility.
