Un día en la vida
Te integrarás a nuestro equipo de Operaciones en Centrex para liderar la gestión integral de logística inversa y optimizar el flujo de inventario retornado dentro de nuestra red de distribución.
- Gestión de Devoluciones: Administrarás el flujo de devoluciones de clientes y supervisarás la recepción de producto rechazado asegurando su óptima reintegración al almacén según estándares de calidad.
- Segmentación y Ubicación: Coordinarás la segmentación y reubicación estratégica de productos en el almacén de acuerdo con su categoría y especificaciones.
- Mejora Continua: Aplicarás análisis de causa raíz y herramientas estadísticas para implementar planes de mejora continua mediante metodologías Lean y elevar los KPIs operativos.
- Sistemas y Reportes: Diseñarás paneles de control y reportes en Excel avanzado, gestionando las transacciones de inventario a través de SAP (SD, WM) y WMS Manhattan.
Lo que buscamos
Buscamos un perfil con mentalidad analítica, rigurosidad operativa y orientación a la mejora continua.
- Profesionales con experiencia comprobada en administración de devoluciones, logística inversa o almacenamiento en centros de distribución.
- Experiencia aplicando análisis causa raíz, herramientas estadísticas y metodologías Lean.
- Manejo operativo de WMS Manhattan y módulos logísticos de SAP (SD, WM).
- Excel intermedio/avanzado (tablas dinámicas, cruces y dashboards).
- Inglés intermedio (B1/B2).
- Competencias clave: Supply Chain Management, Lean Management, Physical Distribution Management, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking.
