Un día en la vida

Te integrarás a nuestro equipo de Operaciones en Centrex para liderar el mantenimiento integral de instalaciones, maquinaria y equipos de nuestro centro de distribución, asegurando continuidad operativa bajo estándares de seguridad y calidad.

  • Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo: Planearás y ejecutarás programas de mantenimiento para equipos de almacén en Centrex, optimizando la disponibilidad técnica.
  • Gestión de KPIs y Mejora Continua: Analizarás indicadores de mantenimiento y aplicarás análisis de causa raíz para implementar acciones correctivas y proyectos de eficiencia.
  • Seguridad y Calidad: Coordinarás el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad laboral y atenderás auditorías del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
  • Control Administrativo: Gestionarás órdenes de compra y requerimientos en SAP y My Market, diseñando reportes de control y tableros en Excel avanzado.


Lo que buscamos

Buscamos un perfil con liderazgo técnico, mentalidad preventiva y rigurosidad operativa.

  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Eléctrica o carreras afines.
  • Trayectoria demostrada en mantenimiento de instalaciones, maquinaria y equipos en almacenes o centros de distribución.
  • Experiencia en auditorías de calidad, análisis de causa raíz y normativas de seguridad.
  • Manejo de SAP, My Market y Excel intermedio/avanzado; competencia operativa en inglés básico (A1/A2).
  • Competencias clave (Skills Library): Gestión de Mantenimiento, Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, Optimización de Procesos, Pensamiento Analítico, Liderazgo Colaborativo.
