A Day in the Life

Als Praktikant:in im Medical Marketing & Communication tauchst du in die Welt der wissenschaftlichen Kommunikation unserer Division L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty ein. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Außendienst gestaltest du den Austausch mit Ärzt:innen und Fachpersonal aktiv mit:

  • Medical Communication: Unterstützung bei der medizinischen Kommunikation über digitale und klassische Kanäle.
  • Omnichannel-Aktivitäten: Platzierung von wissenschaftlichem Content im Rahmen von Online- und Offline-Kampagnen.
  • Event-Management: Tatkräftige Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Kongressen und Networking-Events.
  • Analysen & Agenturen: Erstellung von Erfolgsreportings und Steuerung externer Partneragenturen.


We Are Looking For

  • Medical Communication & Omnichannel Management: Erste Kenntnisse im (digitalen) Marketing und Begeisterung für wissenschaftliche Themen.
  • Digital Project Management: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und starke Organisationsfähigkeit.
  • Data Analytics: Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel) zur Erstellung von Reportings.
  • Studium: Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations- oder Naturwissenschaften oder Gap Year für ein 6-monatiges Vollzeitpraktikum.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (mindestens B2) und gutes Englisch.
