Getting 7 billion products to 150 countries is a complex puzzle. You won’t just be tracking shipments. You’ll be working with real-time forecasting, AI inventory systems, and automated warehouses across 180 global sites. Your focus? Moving products through 8 distribution channels efficiently, while figuring out how to strip carbon out of the entire process. It’s highly technical, the pace is fast, and the expectations are high. A Day in the Life Als SeedZ Management Trainee im Track Supply Chain rotierst Du für jeweils 6 Monate divisionsübergreifend durch zwei unserer Supply Chain-Schlüsselfunktionen. Du berichtest an erfahrene Manager*innen und profitierst von einem Buddy-Programm sowie kontinuierlichem Feedback. Nach 1 Jahr landest du in deiner Festposition.
• Demand & Supply Planning: Du analysierst Markttrends zur Optimierung von Absatzprognosen und sicherst die optimale Produktverfügbarkeit entlang der gesamten Lieferkette.
• Portfolio & Business Planning: Du begleitest Produktlaunches sowie den gesamten Lebenszyklus unseres Portfolios und stimmst SCM-Aktivitäten strategisch mit Business-Zielen ab.
• Customer Care: Du gestaltest den Order-to-Cash-Prozess effizienter und stellst eine exzellente Servicequalität für unsere Handelspartner sicher.
• Transversale Projekte: Du leitest eigene Projekte zur Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit unserer logistischen Abläufe.

- Erfolgreicher Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management sowie relevante Praxiserfahrung.
- Analytische Stärke & Datenaffinität sowie Agilität & schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Unternehmertum & Macher-Mentalität sowie kollaborativer Teamgeist für cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit.
- Ausgeprägter Wille zu kontinuierlichem Lernen und persönlichem Wachstum.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
