This role is responsible to enhance the capabilities of our Medical Detailing Specialists/ MDS and for driving the successful implementation of our HCP Interaction Training Module + Selling Skill through hands-on shadow visits, providing comprehensive product knowledge training for new hires and ongoing re-training, and continuously sharpening selling skills. The Junior Field Trainer & Project Manager will document key findings, analyze performance, and collaborate closely with the Medical Communication and Relations team to develop and execute impactful training improvement plans. This role requires extensive travel and a strong commitment to fostering excellence in our field force.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Implement and Monitor L’Oréal HCP Interaction Training Module + Selling Skills: Conduct regular shadow visits with MDS to observe and evaluate the effective implementation of the HCP Interaction Module and Selling Skills during healthcare professionals (HCP) interactions. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance effective engagement with HCPs and sales effectiveness to L'Oréal's professional standards.
- Product Knowledge Mastery and Dissemination: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge for new MDS, ensuring a strong foundation in L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty's portfolio. Additionally, working closely with Medical Communication and Relations team, design and implement re-training programs for existing MDS as needed, to keep their product knowledge sharp and up-to-date with new launches or new scientific studies.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis: Document detailed findings and observations from all shadow visits, compiling comprehensive reports that highlight strengths and areas for development. Working with Medical Communication and Relations team, Area Managers and Head of Medical Visit to analyze performance trends and data to provide actionable insights for individual and team improvement.
- Collaborate on Training Improvement Plans: Work in close collaboration with the Medical Communication and Relations team to translate shadow visit findings and performance analyses into concrete training improvement plans. Contribute to the development and refinement of training modules, materials, and methodologies to address identified gaps and continuously elevate the overall capabilities of the field team.
- Manage specimen forecast: Responsible for tracking and oversight of specimen process, including monthly stock opname
- Lead Medical Strategic Project: Actively drive, track, and support the field-level execution for Key Projects and Medical Activation
Requirement:
·Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences) would be an advantage, demonstrating a strong understanding of medical and dermatological principles.
·Experience: Have working experience min.3 years in Aesthetic/ Dermocosmetic that involves coaching and developing field teams is highly preferred.
·Scientific Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex scientific and medical information clearly and accurately.
·Training & Coaching Expertise: Strong proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs, and to provide effective one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback.
·Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and motivate individuals at all levels.
·Analytical Skills: Proficient in observing, documenting, analyzing performance data, and translating findings into actionable insights and training strategies.
·Travel Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (potentially up to 60% or more, depending on territory needs) to conduct field visits, training sessions, and meetings.
·Initiative & Proactivity: Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule effectively.
·Compliance: Upholds the highest ethical standards and demonstrates a thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and L'Oréal's compliance policies.
