A Day in the Life
As a National Account Manager, you will be a key driver of our commercial success for our iconic cosmetic brands within the vital pharmacy channel across Australia in our dynamic Consumer Products Division. You'll build strong partnerships to ensure our iconic brands achieve maximum presence and performance in the Australian market. This role is a 12 month maximum term contract.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored strategies and joint business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share for your accounts.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations for trading terms, promotional activities, and new product listings to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, manage forecasts, and optimize performance.
