Deine Aufgaben
- Recruiting: Du unterstützt die HR Business Partner im gesamten Prozess und steuerst aktiv das Bewerbermanagement.
- Back-Office: Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen sowie Bescheinigungen eigenständig mit.
- Datenmanagement: Du pflegst Personalakten sowie Zeiterfassungssysteme und koordinierst Vorsorgeuntersuchungen.
- HR-Support: Du begleitest das operative Tagesgeschäft und bist eine Kontaktperson für Mitarbeiteranfragen.
- HR-Projekte: Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von HR-Projekten wie beispielsweise im Hochschulmarketing.
Dein Profil
- Studium: Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
- MS Office: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen
- Englisch: Gute Englischkenntnisse und erste praktische Erfahrung durch Praktika von Vorteil
- Persönlichkeit: Kommunikativ, offen, flexibel, eigenverantwortlich und lernbereit
- Organisationstalent: Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Multitasking-Talent
