Centralized Planning Country Leader

- Data stewardship: manage monthly alerts from Hub Planners and ensure accuracy of historical sales and local master data (catalogue, SD, MM, substitutions).
- Launch & promo orchestration: facilitate sizing, phasing and submission of non-modelled SKUs in Launch Intro with Marketing & Sales.
- Trend validation: drive local trend analysis and gap reviews with Finance; call out risks and agreed actions to close.
- Continuous improvement: identify system/process improvements, document ways of working and cascade best practices across teams.
- Forecasting & S&OP expertise
- Master data quality management
- Strong stakeholder management & influencing
- Analytical problem solving with commercial focus
- Fluency in English
