Un día en la vida
Te unirás a nuestro dinámico equipo de Operaciones de forma presencial en nuestra Planta de San Luis Potosí, liderando la estrategia de seguridad, salud y prevención de riesgos laborales para toda nuestra comunidad.
- Cultura de EHS: Diseñarás y coordinarás la estrategia de seguridad y salud bajo estándares globales, impulsando una cultura de interdependencia en la planta.
- Cumplimiento Legal: Garantizarás la ejecución de estudios higienísticos y normativos de acuerdo con la regulación mexicana.
- Gestión de Riesgos: Ejecutarás planes de acción para la reducción de Riesgos LIFE y la prevención de accidentes de trabajo.
- Proyectos de Inversión: Acompañarás la implementación de estándares de EHS en nuevos proyectos de la Planta de San Luis Potosí para asegurar arranques seguros.
Lo que buscamos
Buscamos un líder de seguridad proactivo, con alto sentido de urgencia y enfoque en la prevención.
- Título profesional en Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Salud o afines.
- Experiencia previa liderando áreas de seguridad e higiene industrial en plantas de manufactura.
- Inglés avanzado (C1/C2) indispensable.
- Competencias clave: EHS Management, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Collaborative Leadership, Problem Solving.
