KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Contribute to brand ambition and profitable growth by creating an OMNI customer experience, engaging, retain, link-sale, all is based on data mining and analytics.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across online & offline with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, boosting active customer base, and accelerating customer lifetime value
- Creating a CRM structure, loyalty program and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Monitoring total brand digital marketing related-KPI through analysis and dashboards
- Leading CRM team to co-work together to ensure the customer database is segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Responsible for supporting work for marketing/Digital team, CAC request related to digital tools (Beauty Tech/ CRM platform), Construct consumer journey on SFMC.
